How do I register/post my resume on "AsanjoKutch Jobs"?
To post your resume on AsanjoKutch Jobs, Click Here. Fill the form that comes on the page. After registeration, one email will be automatically emailed to the email address provided by you . This email will contain a link. You have to click on the link to verify your email address. You will be able to apply to open vacancies only once your email account is verified.

How do I search for jobs?
To search for jobs - Click Here. Enter the keyword specific to the type of job you are looking for. Specify other options to narrow done search results and see only relevant jobs. Click "Search" to search jobs. The next page will show you matching search results.
Alternatively, you can also Browse Jobs. To Browse Jobs Click Here. First click on the main industry in which the job you want falls. Next click on the job sub category to see the open vacancies.

How do I apply for jobs?
You can apply to jobs by clicking on the "Apply Now" button available on the job details page. To apply to multiple jobs at a time, tick the jobs you want to apply and then click on "Apply Now" button.

How can I check the status of my applications?
You can check the status of your applications by logging to your acccount and clicking on various links -
View Pending Applications - This shows the list of your applications which are yet to be viewed by the respective employer.
View Shortlisted Applications - This shows the list of your applications which are shortlisted by the respective employer.
View Interview Applications - This shows the list of your applications where you are shortlisted for interview by the respective employer.
View Rejected Applications - This shows the list of your applications where the employer has rejected your application.

What is "Job Messenger"?
"Job Messeger" alerts you for all the jobs matching your specifications that are posted on AsanjoKutch. You can setup your job messenger by specifying "Work Experience", "Job Category", "Job Level", "Job Location" and "Key Skills". Once you have created Job Messenger, whenever a new job is posted matching your criteria, you will receive one email alert from us for the same. This way you will never miss a oppurtunity.

I have lost my password. I want to login to my account. What should I do?
To retrieve your lost password - Click Here. Enter the email address that you gave while registering with AsanjoKutch Jobs. Click on "Forgot Password!". Your password will be emailed to your email address. Login to your email address and check your password.

I want to post vacancies open in my organization. How do I do so?
To post vacancies on "AsanjoKutch Jobs", you have to be register as employer. Click Here to register as employer. If you are already registered with "AsanjoKutch Jobs" login to your account. After logging in, you will see a link called "Manage Vacancy". Take your mouse over it and you will see a link called "Add Vacancy". Click on "Add Vacancy" to add vacancy on "AsanjoKutch Jobs". Please re-check the information before clicking on "Save" button. You can edit a vacancy only 3 time.

I have registered as "Employer" on "AsanjoKutch Jobs". But when I login it says "Your account is still inactive" What is this?
Once you have registered yourself on "AsanjoKutch Jobs", your account will be verified by us. After verification, your account will be activated and then you can post vacancies on "AsanjoKutch Jobs".

How do I make changes to one of the vacancies that I have posted?
Login to your employers account first. Next, click on "View/Edit Vacancies" available under "Manage Vacancies". On this page, clikc on "Edit" link that is available under "Actions" column. Please note you can edit a vacancy only 3 times. After that if want to make changes, you have to add a new vacancy.

The vacancy that was open a few days back is now filled. How do I remove the vacancy so that it is not displayed on "AsanjoKutch Jobs" when someone searches for the same?
Login to your employers account first. Next, click on "View/Edit Vacancies" available under "Manage Vacancies". On this page, clikc on "In-Active" link that is available under "Actions" column. Click on "In-Active" link and the job will not be displayed when someone searches for the same.

How do I see the applications of canddiates who have applied to the vacancies that are posted by me?
Login to your employers account first. To see the applications that are received for the vacancy that you have posted, take your mouse over "Manage Application" and then choose either "Basic Search" or "Advance Search".
With "Basic Search" you can search the applications by sepcifying basic search criteria. Use "Advance Search" if you want to see only specific candidates.

What is "Setup Profile"? or How do I enter details of my organization?
With "Setup Profile" you can setup your organizations details on AsanjoKutch Jobs. You can speficy about Company Profile, Company Contact Details and upload logo of the company if you are in "Monster Plan". Company Profile and company logo is displayed on the job details page.

How many times can I edit a vacancy?
You can edit a vacancy only for 3 times. After that if you need to make any changes to a vacancy you need to "In-Active" current vacancy and post a new vacancy.

How many vacancies can I post?
It depends on the membership plan in which you are signed up. The following table explains will explain you the same:

How can I renew my membership account?
Login to your employers account first. After login, under "My Account" section there is a link called "Renew Membership". Click on the same to renew your membership. Alternatively you can send an email to support@asanjokutch.com and request to renew your account. While sending request please specify your account id and the organization's name in which the account is registered.

I am registered in Lite Membership. How do I upgrade my membership to Power or Monster?
Login to your employers account first. After login, under "My Account" section there is a link called "Upgrade Membership". Click on the same to upgrade your membership. Alternatively you can send an email to support@asanjokutch.com and request to upgrade your account. While sending request please specify your account id, the organization's name in which the account is registered and the membership plan to which you want to upgrade.
