Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Limited (TCGL) announced that the Kutch Rann Utsav 2014 will be celebrated from December 15, 2013 to February 15, 2014. The festival provides an exclusive opportunity to witness the creative initiative of the artisans and craftspeople of Gujarat. Nearly 32 cultural troupes from various districts of Gujarat participate in the Dance and Musical Carnival. 

Four hundred air-conditioned tents with modern facilities will accommodate the visitors at Rann of Kutch and there will be facilities for hot-air ballooning, adventure sports and fairs, said an official of Gujarat tourism stated in report in Telegraph India.
